Maize

Maize is a 7.5mm hybrid floor in a warm honey tone that adds instant warmth, in long, straight-laid planks. Straight-laid planks are the most forgiving format to install and the easiest to extend if you renovate the next room later.

A rigid core makes this board fully waterproof, so spills, pet accidents and a wet mop are not a problem. It clicks together as a floating floor over most existing hard surfaces, and the attached acoustic backing takes the hollow sound out of footsteps.

It is a common pick for renovations, where the new floor has to sit alongside existing joinery, doors and skirting. It is also fine over underfloor heating and in wet areas such as kitchens and laundries. Order a sample or see a full board in our Balwyn North showroom before you commit.
