Alabaster is a 7.5mm hybrid floor in a pale, almost-white finish that bounces light around a room, in long, straight-laid planks. Straight-laid planks are the most forgiving format to install and the easiest to extend if you renovate the next room later.
A rigid core makes this board fully waterproof, so spills, pet accidents and a wet mop are not a problem. It clicks together as a floating floor over most existing hard surfaces, and the attached acoustic backing takes the hollow sound out of footsteps.
It holds up well in rentals and investment properties that need to present sharply between tenancies. It is also fine over underfloor heating and in wet areas such as kitchens and laundries. Ask us for a sample; judging a floor from a full board at home beats judging it from a photo.
